What happens if my vehicle is damaged during valet service?
VALTRANS operates under controlled handling procedures. Any incidents must be reported immediately at the time of vehicle collection and are assessed in accordance with service policies and applicable Terms and Conditions.
Can I leave personal belongings inside my vehicle?
Users are advised not to leave valuables inside the vehicle. VALTRANS is not responsible for loss of items left unattended.
