Valtrans has officially released three methods to remotely request your vehicle at Valet locations:
1. Valtrans Valet App: Guests can retrieve their vehicles through the Valtrans Valet App that is available for download on the Play Store and App Store.
2. SMS: The guest can retrieve the vehicle by replying ‘RTV’ to the received SMS, provided that SMS Valet was used.
3. Web URL: The guest can request their vehicle through the web URL (myvalet.ae) by entering the RFID card number which was handed over upon arrival.
