Valtrans Training and Quality Department is pleased to announce the commencement of English speaking and writing classes for the staff. These classes polish and enhance the communication skills of the staff and play an important role in personality development. This also contributes to building the staff’s confidence and blending into UAE\'s multi-cultural international environment with ease.
The two hour sessions are held weekly every Monday and will be there for the whole year, by expert professional instructors. To deliver the best of service, communication plays an important role. Valtrans Training and Quality Department is leaving no stone unturned to continuously improve service and upgrade staff skills.
