The employees of Dubai Airports held a charity event, Your Sight, Our Happiness at DWC Airshow Site. This is an annual event being organized to create awareness and to raise funds for a cause.
Dubai Airport employees collaborated with Orbis, an NGO that works to avoid and treat blindness through in-depth training and education. Orbis also operates the flying eye hospital, which has given a lot of people from around the world the hope for a clear and healthy vision.
Valtrans was one of the corporate entities who donated to this event by purchasing one table for the charity luncheon and offered VIP valet parking services. Our management team headed by Sheikh Saud Al Maktoum and Mr. Imad Alameddine attended the special event.
The event started with a plane pulling contest and was culminated with a scrumptious lunch catered by Emirates Flight Catering. Attendees were also given the chance to sponsor cataract surgeries by buying coupons for a minimal amount.
Valtrans sees that supporting such charity event is one way of giving back to the community by spreading joy and promoting a healthy wellbeing in distant junctions of the world.
